1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RiftForged products, services, or websites (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or have guardian consent.

3. Purchases & Refunds

Digital items, keys, and entitlements are licensed, not sold. Some purchases may be non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. User Conduct

Cheating, exploiting, harassment, hate speech, botting, or other disruptive behavior is prohibited. We may take enforcement actions—including revocation of licenses or bans—at our sole discretion.

5. Ownership

All game content, software, trademarks, and related materials are the property of RiftForged Development Corp. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services.

6. Updates & Changes

We may update the Services and these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations or to protect the integrity of the Services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability for damages arising from your use of the Services.
