End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License
Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, RiftForged Development Corp. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or modification.
- No cheating, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools.
- No resale, sublicensing, or public performance of the software.
3. Online Services
Some features require network connectivity and active entitlements. We may update, modify, or discontinue online services at any time.
4. User Content
You are responsible for user-generated content. We may remove content that violates this EULA or applicable law.
5. Ownership
The software and all associated content are owned by RiftForged Development Corp. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license for EULA violations. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the software.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiftForged Development Corp. disclaims all warranties and liability arising from your use.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction as determined by RiftForged Development Corp.
