Digital products (keys, entitlements, downloads) are typically non-refundable once redeemed or accessed. We may offer a discretionary refund where legally required or in exceptional circumstances.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within a reasonable time from purchase.
- Keys that have been redeemed to an account are generally ineligible.
- Evidence of technical issues may be required to process a refund.
3. How to Request
Contact support@riftforged.org with your order details (email, date, and transaction ID). We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or revocation of entitlements. Please contact us first so we can help resolve issues.
